Operators first. Consultants second.
Every consultant we put in front of a client has led an operation. Not advised one. Led one.
Our team
Been there. Done that.
We only put people in front of clients who have run operations themselves: led the teams, owned the numbers, and fought through the same obstacles you are facing now. We are not a firm of career consultants who have never had to make an operation work.
Led operations teamsEvery consultant has managed the people doing the work, not just studied them.
Owned the resultsThey have been accountable for the metrics, the budget and the customer outcome.
Fixed it under pressureThey know what it takes to change an operation while it is still running.
